What happens when my 7-day Premium trial ends?

Focus Pivot asks you to choose. Add a card to keep Premium, or carry on with the Free plan. Nothing is charged until you choose a paid plan, and nothing is deleted: if you hold more than the Free plan allows, you choose which records stay available and the rest are kept, locked.

Do I need a card to sign up?

No. The Free plan and the 7-day Premium trial both start without a card. A card is asked for only when you choose a paid plan.

What is the difference between Premium and Ultimate?

Ultimate has everything in Premium, and adds goals, habits, calendar, week plan, task boards, to-dos, people CRM, organizations, projects & events and Google sync. It also raises the limits on wallets, budgets, scheduled payments and photos.

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Yes. Upgrade, move to the Free plan or cancel at any time in Plan & Billing. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.

What happens to my records if I move to a smaller plan?

Nothing is deleted. If you hold more than the smaller plan allows, you choose which records stay available. The rest stay visible but locked, read-only, and unlock by themselves when you upgrade. A section the smaller plan does not include keeps its records, and they come back on a plan that includes it.

Can I import my bank statements?

Yes, on Premium and Ultimate. Upload the CSV or Excel statement your bank exports and your transactions arrive without retyping. SEB, Swedbank, Citadele, Luminor, Paysera and Revolut formats are recognised automatically.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards. Regional mandatory refund policies are always honoured.

Is my data secure?

Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We never store your card details on our servers. Your data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Are there hidden fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. VAT or sales tax is shown clearly at checkout where applicable. No setup fees, no per-transaction fees.
